The last September 4th, 2008 the IPN was honoured to receive the delegation of Higher Education and Research from Belgium, headed by the Minister Dominique Marie Simonet, Secretary of Higher Education, Scientific Research and International Relations of the Francophone Community of Belgium and Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Scientific Research and New Technologies of the Walloon Region of Belgium.
During this visit we celebrated the signature of a Cooperation Agreement between the IPN and the University of Liege. We also had several workshops in which Mexican and Belgian investigators discussed proposals for further bilateral cooperation agreements.
